Peaceful Illustration artwork of a desk with Durood written on paper, encouraging writing and reciting salawat.

An Invitation to sit, write and send Salawat🌸

In the soft rhythm that carries our days forward, countless moments remain untouched — moments waiting to be adorned with light, with love, and with the remembrance of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ.

We often carry the intention in our hearts.
We plan to recite more.
To be more consistent.
To be more present.

Yet what we sometimes need is not more time — but a softer invitation.

This artwork is that invitation.
An invitation to sit.
To write.
To send Salawat.

The Holy Prophet ﷺ said:
“Whoever writes Durood upon me in a book, the angels will continue to pray for his forgiveness as long as my name remains in it.”
(Al-Muʿjam Al-Awsat, Al-Hadith, 1835, V.1, Pg.497)

The Act of sitting

Sitting is a form of presence.

It is a gentle decision to pause — to stop the constant movement of the body and the mind.

When you sit for Salawat, you are quietly saying:

This moment matters.
This love deserves my time.
These words deserve my stillness.

The desk within the artwork is not simply a setting. It is a symbol of that intentional meeting point — a place that patiently waits for you each day to return.

Love in Its Most Sincere Form

Sending Salawat is one of the simplest acts, yet it holds the deepest love.

Nothing special is needed — only a present heart and a moment of remembrance.

The Beloved Rasool ﷺ said:
“Whoever recites Salat upon me once, Allah sends ten mercies upon him and writes ten good deeds for him.”
(Sunan-ut-Tirmiżi, vol. 2, pp. 28, Hadees 484)

The roses within the artwork are a reflection of this gentle and constant love.

A Daily Return

This piece is not meant to be looked at once and passed by.
It is meant to become part of your rhythm.

To remind you as you begin your day.
To call you back in the evening.
To witness your consistency.

Over time, these small returns shape the heart.

A few written lines each day.
A few moments of stillness.
A space that becomes known for Salawat.

The Beloved Rasool ﷺ said:
“The person closest to me on the Day of Judgment will be the one who recited the most Salat upon me.”
(Sunan-ut-Tirmiżi, vol. 2, pp. 27, Hadees 484)

An Open Invitation

This is an open invitation to every heart that longs to make Salawat a visible and living part of daily life.

Sit — even if only for a minute.
Write — even if only one line.
Send Salawat — even if softly.

Let this become your moment of closeness.

Allah عَزَّ وَجَلَّ says in the Holy Qur’an:

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ وَ مَلٰٓىٕكَتَهٗ یُصَلُّوْنَ عَلَى النَّبِیِّؕ-یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَیْهِ وَ سَلِّمُوْا تَسْلِیْمًا(۵۶)

Indeed Allah and His angels send blessings on the Informer of the unseen news (Prophet); O Believers! (You must also) send blessings and abundant salutations upon him.
(Al ahzaab, 56)

Our Intention

We believe that art becomes an act of ibadah when it turns hearts toward Allah and His Beloved ﷺ.
Through this illustration, our intention was to preserve a moment of stillness — a moment of peace, presence, and remembrance.

Whether you are already consistent in your daily Salawat or just beginning this journey, this artwork is designed to remain beside you — a quiet companion that brings light into your space and serenity into your heart.
